Our Project Logistics Team has undertaken a great number of large-scale engineering project logistics cases, such as complete sets of power plants, petrochemical equipments, complete assembly lines, large loaders, etc. Our resolution plans feature the combination of different ways of transport (auto, railway, sea and air transport).



Project Planning

Our Project Management Team communicates with you and other parties of the project about planning support, means of transport, route evaluation, delivering site checking, comparison of different transport plans and risk evaluation, based on which we carefully organize the entire operational and technical plans (e.g. loading plans, packing plans, etc.), confirm emergency plans and measures, and make project budgets.
Project Management
We manage the entire logistic process, providing adequate materials and necessary means of transport at the appropriate time and places, in order to control the timetable of the whole projects. We try our best to accomplish the goals within project limits, timetables and budgets through planning, organizing and managing the projects.
Inpection and Coordination
Our On-site Inspection teams coordinate efficiently with different parties on the spot, so that contractors can work smoothly with high quality of products and security of staff according to the requirements and goals.

Focusing mainly on railway and auto transportation, City Union offers one-stop door-to-door service in loading, custom declaration and railway issues. Our team members inspect and control the whole process of packaging, cargo receiving, loading, unloading, etc.
